Boys & girls ages: 7-11 years
We'll have fun through fitness, learning foundational movements, gymnastics, playing games, and preparing for Jr. Guards! Two days at the beach, 3 days at the studio. In addition to getting exercise, we foster a supportive environment for social skills, teamwork, and improving self-esteem. Let’s MOVE!!
