This year we will be including a Worldanz segment!! We'll have fun through fitness, learning foundational movements, gymnastics, playing games, and preparing for Jr. Guards with one full day on the beach! In addition to getting exercise, we foster a supportive environment for social skills, teamwork, and improving self-esteem. Let’s MOVE!!
